OK - here is my first attempt at a Halloween hat for the contest at the party. I'm short - 5ft2 - so most people will be looking slightly down or straight at my hat.

And here is a close up of part of the top of the hat. The ghosts don't show up well in either photo as they are clear with sparkles, but they do look nice in person.

What do you think? OK? Contest worthy? Or shitty? Does the hat need a band just over the brim?
